Responsibilities
- Support development and tracking of program schedules, milestones, and documentation under senior guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure goal alignment
- Assist in monitoring program risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as necessary
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, meeting notes, and action trackers
- Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
- Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and process improvements
- Learn and apply project and program management tools and methodologies
- Support cross-functional planning and logistics coordination
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in project or program coordination or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of program management principles and tools
