Associate Professor, Tenure Track, Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes

About the Role

The Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, in collaboration with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, is seeking candidates for several Associate Professor positions in the tenure track.

Qualifications

• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree
• Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology

Responsibilities

• Teaching: Participation in the clinical education of CHOP residents and fellows, as well as medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania
• Clinical: Providing outpatient and inpatient consultative services
• Research/Scholarship: Conducting research in areas such as beta cell biology, insulin signaling, pituitary development and disease, or other related fields

• Track record of extramural funding
• Established research program
• Outstanding record of publications
