About the role
The Department of Ophthalmology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician educator track or the tenure track. Expertise in the specific area of retina is required. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities may include teaching residents, students and fellows at Scheie.
- Clinical responsibilities may include providing medical and surgical retina care for patients at Scheie and one of Scheie's satellite offices.
- Research or scholarship responsibilities may include collaborative or independent research within the specific area of retina.
