Associate Professor, Research Faculty Appointment (RFA) - Abdominal Imaging Department
About the role
The Department of Abdominal Imaging, Division of Diagnostic Imaging, at the UT MD Anderson invites applications for a full-time, research faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor.
Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and submitting reports, manuscripts, grant applications and abstracts;
- Reviewing the scientific literature and planning new studies;
- Preparing and presenting data for publication and scientific meetings;
- Maintaining current and accurate records of research data;
Requirements
- A Ph.D.;
- At least seven years of experience in advanced radiology scientific work;
- Prior research experience and publications in Abdominal Imaging is highly desirable.

Schedule
This position may be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of critical infrastructure, as defined in Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and therefore may require routine reviews and screening. The ability to satisfy and maintain all requirements necessary to ensure the continued security and integrity of such infrastructure is a condition of hire and continued employment.
Pay
The minimum salary is US Dollar (USD) 0, the midpoint salary is US Dollar (USD) 0, and the maximum salary is US Dollar (USD) 0. This position is exempt and not eligible for overtime pay.
Work Location
The work location is Hybrid Onsite/Remote.
