Associate Professional Development Designer

The Associate Professional Development Designer will support the creation of high-quality professional learning resources that help educators maximize the impact of technology in the classroom. This role combines instructional expertise, content development, editing, and project coordination to create engaging materials for teachers and administrators worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Experience delivering professional development or training programs for educators.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and educational technologies.
• Passion for improving education through innovative technology solutions.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Slides.
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and visually consistent instructional materials.
