Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the senior designer to create and execute a full juniors collection based on concept and direction
- Create comprehensive tech packages and specifications
- Aid with fittings and provide fit comments
- Produce detailed CAD flats as well as original hand sketches
- Support sample development process and calendar management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in apparel design
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion Design
- Experience designing for the juniors market
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and Excel
- Ability to create flat sketches by hand
- Strong design aesthetic, color sense, and conceptual skills
- Team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
