Associate Production Welder - Senior Production Welder - Manufacturing

Job Duties

• Performs standard operations specifically used in the welding process.
• Assists and supports manufacturing operations of parts and assemblies as required to meet regulatory requirements.
• Operates in a stringent quality oriented environment.
• Maintains equipment, including the use of lifting devices, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.
• Communicates effectively, uses computers proficiently, reads blueprints and drawings, and uses precision measuring instruments.
• Performs manufacturing math calculations and uses specialized lifting equipment.
• Inspects own work and assists others as directed.
• Follows safety procedures and adheres to Health, Safety and Environmental standards and policies.
• Performs GMAW and GTAW welding and various material types including Inconel and High Chrome.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Two years of related experience and certification in welding or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to operate overhead crane and hand tools.
