Associate Product Specialist, Inbound sales & Service (Berxi)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop an expertise in small commercial insurance, including but not limited to, small business liability insurance products (including general liability, professional liability, and malpractice).
• Educate and support our customers and prospects through a variety of channels, including voice, email, and chat based on their needs.
• Drive on-going customer experience improvements by continuously surfacing customer feedback and advocating for operational enhancements.
• Understand, create, and distribute regulatory notices.

• Some experience in customer-facing role is required. Insurance sales or agency experience a plus.
• Comfort interacting with all teammates, including senior management.
• An active Property & Casualty License in at least one state is preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in Boston is $50,000 to $55,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time in office position located in Downtown Boston, MA. Must be able to work one of the following shifts: 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM or 11AM-8PM EST.
