Responsibilities

  • ■Review client documentation and product construction to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and sample needs.
  • ■Conduct product safety evaluations in-house and at client sites to assess compliance with global standards (IEC, EN, UL, CSA, NFPA, SEMI).
  • ■Prepare technical reports, document findings, and communicate results to clients.
  • ■Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
  • ■Lead client meetings to provide updates, address technical issues, and discuss test challenges.
  • ■Support process improvements, develop new test strategies, and evaluate emerging product requirements.
  • ■Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • ■Entry-level role; no prior product safety experience required.
  • ■Willingness to travel 60–80% to client sites; valid driver’s license required.
  • ■Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • ■Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, manufacturing processes, and safety-critical systems.
  • ■Understanding of functional safety principles (e.g., ISO 13849) is a plus.
  • ■Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • ■Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
