Associate Product Manager (New Grad)

We are building an elite team that applies frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office(s) with an expectation to attend in‑person at least three days per week to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing teams to deeply understand customers and their most pressing needs.
• Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and user expectations.
• Be the voice of the product, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
• Lead product launches, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet a high standard of quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure success and track product engagement and adoption.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a full‑time, degree‑seeking program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
• 0–1 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles; internship or co‑op experience in fintech or tech is a plus.
• Sharp analytical and technical skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities, thriving in collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
• An entrepreneurial spirit—takes ownership of projects, turns ideas into action, and drives innovation.
• A passion for fintech and a desire to learn more about financial products, markets, and emerging technologies.

Pay

Base pay range for Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) is $130,000 — $130,000 USD. The role is also eligible for bonus opportunities, equity, and the benefits listed above.
