Associate Product Manager

About the role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the Product Management team to support ongoing and new product development.

Responsibilities

• Support our product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution
• Effectively manage and meet stakeholders’ priorities and expectations while assuming the role of a subject matter expert
• Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions with regards to the specific products under development
• Collaborate with other PMs, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features
• Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify key value-add opportunities
• Analyze product data to derive insights to assist in the prioritization and post-release optimization of the products
• Foster cooperation among diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives and seek opportunities to enhance cross-functional process efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in any of the following roles: product strategy, product management, product or strategic operations, consulting
• Critical thinker with the ability to tackle vague, complex problems using a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• High sense of ownership, taking full responsibility and consistently driving initiatives to completion with minimal supervision
• Good working knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure
• Experience with third-party software integrations (a plus)
• SQL skills (a plus)
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces (a plus)

Pay

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000. Rhino + Jetty uses compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience level, and internal equity relative to other teammates.
