Job Description
As our Associate Product Manager (APM), your job is to help products launch smoothly, use data to understand how they perform, and keep teams aligned so things actually ship. You'll focus on a few core things that matter, get hands-on mentorship from experienced product and analytics teammates, and grow into a full Product Manager over time. Product Launch & Platform Excellence
- Help new products go live smoothly — ensuring listings, category pages, and promotional content are accurate, clear, and ready on time.
- Maintain product pages and improve how products are presented based on what the data shows.
- Track performance: Use GA4 and Looker Studio to monitor how launches, promotions, and customer engagement are performing.
- Turn data into action: Spot patterns and recommend changes that improve conversion rates and inform smarter business decisions.
- Be the connector: Work with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Design to keep projects aligned on priorities and timelines — and drive tasks all the way to completion.
- Keep things organized: Document product requirements and operational files, and help build simple, repeatable processes that scale.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Use GA4 and Looker Studio to monitor how launches, promotions, and customer engagement are performing.
- Basic SQL is a plus — and a skill we'll help you build.
- Spot patterns and recommend changes that improve conversion rates and inform smarter business decisions.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Optimization
- Work with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Design to keep projects aligned on priorities and timelines — and drive tasks all the way to completion.
- Document product requirements and operational files, and help build simple, repeatable processes that scale.
What We're Looking For
- Must-Haves:
- 0–3 years of experience or internships in product, project coordination, e-commerce/operations, growth marketing, or data analysis.
- New graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Data comfort: Ease working with spreadsheets and a genuine willingness to learn SQL and analytics tools.
- Attention to detail: Strong ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear, collaborative communication: Ability to communicate effectively and work well across different teams.
- Genuine curiosity about e-commerce, B2B platforms, and customer behavior.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- GA4 or Looker Studio familiarity — even basic dashboard reading counts.
- Some exposure to A/B testing, conversion optimization (CRO), or UX/UI basics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, catalog/content management, or B2B commerce workflows.
- Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY level) — or a strong desire to get there.

The anticipated compensation range is 21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
