The Associate Product Manager (APM) role in our Advisory practice places you at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that meet evolving client needs. You will act as the general manager for commercial and internal products, balancing business objectives, user experience, and technological solutions to address customer and end-user challenges. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle—from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life—including commercialization and go-to-market strategies.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships, managing and inspiring teams, and navigating complex situations to enhance your personal brand and technical skills. You will anticipate the needs of teams and clients, embrace ambiguity as an opportunity for growth, and leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product lifecycle from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with market demands and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative software solutions.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and inform product insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs.
  • Lead product ideation and specification to enhance user experience and solve customer problems.
  • Oversee product roadmap development and strategic planning to meet business objectives.
  • Navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards in all product management activities.
  • Engage in customer relationship management to support commercialization and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
