Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve production workflows.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is beneficial.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
