Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve production workflows.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is beneficial.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
