Associate Producer | North America | Canada | Fully Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Producer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with developers and support their efforts to create a groundbreaking gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, iterate, and track schedules and processes for game features and assets
• Drive the completion of project goals, objectives, and deliverables for time and quality
• Monitor the balance of time and resources
• Work closely with production teams and leads to provide information ensuring project goals, objectives, and deliverables are achieved
• Achieve excellent communication of the vision and targets across the team and establish appropriate review forums
• Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills (timekeeping, scheduling, etc.) with a 'how can I help' attitude
• Project management skills
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and tracking/scheduling tools
• Experience in production
• Interest in developing video games
• JIRA and Confluence expertise
