Overview

A global experiential agency is looking for an Associate Producer to join its growing Los Angeles team. Working with some of the world's most prestigious luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, the agency creates unforgettable experiences spanning pop-ups, influencer trips, installations, lounge activations and live events.

Reporting to a Senior Producer, you'll take ownership of projects from initial planning through to on-site delivery and reconciliation. This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, proactive producer with at least three years of event or agency experience who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of events of varying scales, taking projects from inception through to completion.
  • Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets exceeding $250,000, maintaining accurate cost tracking and agreed profit margins.
  • Participate in or lead client communications, including weekly calls, presentation updates and budget conversations.
  • Create detailed production schedules, project timelines and run-of-show documents.
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate design concepts into successfully delivered experiences.
  • Supervise and support Production Coordinators, Assistants and Interns, encouraging efficient processes and best practice.
  • Source and manage vendors across fabrication, staging, lighting, audio, graphics, venues and labour.
  • Build trusted client relationships and respond quickly and thoughtfully to changing project requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support during event installation, live delivery and dismantling.
  • Travel domestically and internationally when required.

What You'll Bring

  • At least three years of event production experience gained within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing events or experiential projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Confidence managing substantial budgets, ideally exceeding $250,000.
  • Strong production scheduling, vendor management and project coordination skills.
  • A personable and professional approach to client communication.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, intuitive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively in response to immediate business and project needs.
  • A positive, compassionate and collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Flexibility to travel and support events outside standard working hours when required.
