Associate Process Engineer

About the role

Vishay Marshall is currently seeking applicants for an Associate Process Engineer. This position is located on-site in Marshall, MN. We are situated in Southwest Minnesota: rural enough to have plenty of outdoor adventures but also just an hour and a half east of Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities

• Design and test products of various complexities.
• Evaluate materials and processes to be used within project designs.
• Fabricate prototype models for testing.
• Work regularly with customers regarding product design, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Improve or modify production equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, focus preferred in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Ability to effectively communicate both in person and in writing.
• Proficient MS Office Suite skills.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am – 11:00 am (additional time may be required as needed)

Pay

$60,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
