  • Partner with legal, risk, markets, and treasury teams to support the firm's lending strategy
  • Contribute to internal and external communications on behalf of the credit function
  • Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in private credit, structured credit, or acquisition/leveraged finance, with direct exposure to transaction execution from origination through close
  • Working knowledge of secured lending structures and collateral protection frameworks; exposure to acquisition finance or event-driven credit (bridge loans, take-private financing) a plus
  • Strong judgment and communication skills, with comfort preparing materials for senior stakeholders and risk committees
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in digital assets; direct experience in crypto-collateralized lending or payments/settlement finance a plus

Qualifications
