Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure all documents are inserted accurately and in compliance with strict HIPAA guidelines, handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Properly manage diverted mail to prevent errors.
• Perform secondary verification to confirm accuracy.
• Inspect for completeness and correctness throughout the process.
• Confirm that each document is inserted into the correct envelope before sealing.

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic).
• Ability to work any of our full time (40 hours / week), 8-hour, 2nd shift schedules during our normal business hours of 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm from Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with handling mechanical equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
