For a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space, this role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead Medicare Stars consulting engagements across various performance measures
- Serve as technical expert on HEDIS methodology and reporting
- Translate CMS regulations into actionable client strategies
- Conduct analyses and develop recommendations for performance improvements
- Create executive presentations and performance dashboards
- Manage multiple high-priority client engagements effectively
Qualifications
- 10+ years in government-sponsored healthcare, including Medicare Advantage/Medicaid
- Experience with Medicare Star Ratings and quality improvement initiatives
- Expertise in advising C-suite leaders on healthcare performance strategies
- Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional business initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required

Pay
$145,000 – $200,000 annually
