Associate Principal, Healthcare Consulting

About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Principal, Healthcare Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead healthcare consulting engagements with a strong focus on patient and member experience, turning data into actionable strategies that improve outcomes. You will work closely with health system and integrated delivery network leaders to identify opportunities, shape transformation initiatives, and support performance improvement. The position also partners with senior stakeholders through workshops and strategic planning sessions that drive meaningful organizational change. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for consulting engagements focused on patient and member experience
• Translate complex datasets into executive-level strategic recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions with healthcare leaders
• Design and implement experience transformation initiatives with clients
• Analyze datasets to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably within a health system or integrated delivery network
• 3+ years in a healthcare consulting or advisory role
• Demonstrated expertise in patient and member experience initiatives
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics and performance improvement methodologies

Pay

$145,000 – $215,000 annually
