Associate Principal – Integrated Analytics for Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

The successful candidate will lead ZS' services in integrated analytics within the Manufacturing space, focusing on driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the "C" level.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall Manufacturing (including development Science, drug development) growth through expertise, innovation, and collaboration with other leaders
• Lead large scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Manufacturing space
• Lead client business development and client relationship
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our clients. Develop a strong point-of-view and establish ZS thought leadership in integrated analytics
• Work closely with ZS client teams to lead client business development and client relationship development across our key client accounts
• Ensure your client teams do the same
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
• Possess in-depth business acumen

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
• 7+ years’ experience in the Manufacturing space in management consulting
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior role within a professional services firm
• Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level
• Prior experience in Manufacturing Technology
• Strong credentials and demonstrated success in integrated Technology and analytics solutions
• Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
• Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
• A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
