Associate, Pricing & Optimization

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing life contingent assets and ensure alignment with portfolio objectives.
• Provide in-depth analytical support in investment monitoring and performance reporting.
• Create and optimize premium streams for managed policies.
• Manage the grace notice and premium payment process.
• Work on ad-hoc special projects requiring analytical expertise.
• Determine the value of life settlements on secondary and tertiary markets.
• Develop and maintain pricing models.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and brokers to ensure case documentation completeness.
• Collaborate with case managers for timely client responses.
• Compile and produce reports tracking market pricing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Life Settlements, Life Insurance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or similar fields.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with life insurance products is a plus.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Experience with ClariNet or MAPS is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for candidates within NYC is $120,000-$140,000 per year. Salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.

This position is located full-time on-site in New York City.
