Associate, Post Entry Services

About the role

Reporting directly to the Manager, Post Entry Services, the candidate is responsible for filing claims with CBP on behalf of importers, such as Post Summary Corrections, Formal Protests, 520(d) Protests, Requests for Information (CF28/29) and any additional assignments as directed by the manager. The role includes tracking filed claims to ensure CBP action per the request.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word, Outlook
• High school diploma
• Knowledge of US Customs documents (considered an asset)

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment as well as independently
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
• Capable of working under pressure
