About the role
ITE Management is seeking a motivated team member to support its intermodal platform across chassis and container leasing. This role supports the following areas: asset management & performance, post-acquisition platform integrations, and selective new investment diligence and execution.
Responsibilities
- Asset Management & Performance
- Track KPIs, utilization, and financial performance across chassis and container portfolios
- Support operating reviews and help track progress against key metrics
- Assist in identifying operational and commercial improvement opportunities
- Integration Execution
- Support workstreams across intermodal investment portfolio companies
- Support progress on systems, reporting, governance, and operating cadence
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners
- Deal & Post-Close Execution
- Support investment due diligence and execution of add-on investments
- Support post-close execution plans and integration tracking
- Data, Reporting & Process
- Support the preparation of Board / IC materials and help maintain Delegation of Authority documentation
- Build and maintain dashboards and portfolio views
- Improve data integrity and reporting consistency
- Help develop workflows to support reporting and data processes
- Special Projects
- Support analysis of opportunistic asset sales
- Support fleet strategy and optimization initiatives
Requirements
- 2-5 years in asset management, investing, banking, corporate finance, infrastructure, leasing, consulting, or a similar field
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative
- Comfortable across finance, operations, and data analytics
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant opportunity for growth
