About the role
We’re looking for a stellar Associate Planner who’ll lead the team in bringing transformation to life through cross-platform video and local channels, with a focus on the ever-evolving streaming landscape.
Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video offerings in the marketplace spanning national & local linear TV, streaming video, and addressable TV; meet with vendors to discuss product roadmaps and agency wishlists; build deep partner relationships.
- Promote a culture of shared learning and increase visibility of video expertise within the agency.
- Deliver high-quality planning & buying for clients, providing a smart, thoughtful understanding of how video can achieve and exceed objectives and goals, using data & research.
- Establish operational processes and execute with flawless attention to detail.
- Partner with Precision teams who handle digital execution and campaign maintenance; work cross-functionally to spread video knowledge and establish continuous communication with the activation team.
- Embrace and learn about local formats like local TV, radio, and OOH, which the team often advises on in addition to national video.
Qualifications
- A four-year college education, preferably with some agency/marketing work or internship experience.
- Awareness of the video space, inspired by its rapid changes, and a hunger to learn.
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to work on a team, problem-solve, and be flexible to handle client or internal challenges.
- A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to others, developing, encouraging, and inspiring them to grow.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Pay
Compensation range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually.
