Associate, Planner

About the role

Associate Planner works with the Mashburn planning and merchandising teams by conducting sales and inventory planning, receipt management, and ad hoc reporting by classification and season. This position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires forging trusted cross-functional partnerships. This position reports to a Planner and is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Develop men's and women's sales replenishment forecasts and inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize profitability
• Drive and execute monthly OTB planning with receipt management by category
• Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory levels, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and allocation teams to optimize product assortment, placement, and sell through strategies
• Achieve annual DTC sales plans

Essential skills

• 2-3+ years of retail planning experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
• Can effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Is a motivated, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
• Approaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlines
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit & enthusiasm for growing with Mashburn

This position is onsite at our Atlanta, GA headquarters. Compensation will be based on relevant experience and required skills for the role.
