About the role
The STEM Pilot Support Associate plays a critical role in the sales organization, supporting the sales team and product specialists throughout the sales and pilot implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team as a literacy product expert, providing strategic sales and pilot support and developing partnerships to secure future adoptions.
- Support product specialists in developing customized STEM pilot implementation materials, responding to pilot teacher questions, and fulfilling requests for individualized support.
- Ensure a successful STEM sales and pilot implementation process through ongoing consultation and coaching check-ins aligned to product pilots.
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in K-12 educational trends and participate in Amplify pilot training.
- Collaborate, work on a team, take direction, and implement the pilot team plans.
- Engage in conversational intelligence—asking good questions and listening actively while speaking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in K-12 education
- K-8 classroom teaching experience with an emphasis on STEM
- Ability to travel at least 60%
- Public speaking – to an audience of 6 or more people
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree and teaching credential (past or current)
- Social Media Presence and awareness – attracting followers and promoting events
- Previous experience servicing the education market
- Experience creating and delivering a short multimedia presentation
- Expertise with remote meeting platforms
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Understanding of the educational marketplace, and industry trends
- Understanding of Amplify’s products
Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
