Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.

Pay

Hourly rate: $45–$60/hour (based on experience, certifications, and performance incentives).

Schedule

Part-time: 20–30 hours per week.
