Associate Pastor of Children and Families

The Associate Pastor of Children and Families will oversee and manage curriculum for the discipleship and spiritual growth of children and families. He will recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and teachers for children’s ministry. Provide families with resources and training on how to disciple their own children and lead them to Christ. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s ministry activities. Must be able to work well with other pastoral staff, parents, and volunteers.
