About the Role
The Associate Pastor of Children and Families will oversee and manage curriculum for the discipleship and spiritual growth of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and teachers for children’s ministry.
- Provide families with resources and training on how to disciple their own children and lead them to Christ.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s ministry activities.
- Work collaboratively with other pastoral staff, parents, and volunteers.
