Associate Pastor

About the role

Serves alongside the Lead Pastor to advance the mission of Lifeline Church by providing leadership, discipleship and oversight while cultivating a culture of spiritual growth throughout the church.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services and other church events
• Develop and implement discipleship programs
• Oversee church ministries and volunteer teams
• Cultivate a culture of spiritual growth and community
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor on strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry or related field
• Minimum 3 years of pastoral experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
• Experience in overseeing church ministries and volunteer teams

• Passion for Lifeline Church's mission and vision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Lead Pastor and other staff members
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development

• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
