About the role

We’re on the lookout for exceptional clinicians to join our team! This is perfect for clinicians who want nothing to do with the "business side" of private practice.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Cookordination services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.

Requirements

  • Clinicians are required to be licensed as associate mental health professionals in Washington (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA)
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Prefer clinicians with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
  • Prefer clinicians with niche market for counseling services (i.e. relationship counseling, teens & adolescents, trauma, eating disorder specialty, OCD training).
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
  • Bonus if you have training in (but not exclusive to): EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Gottman, IFS, ART.
