About the role

As an Associate Orthodontist, you’ll step into a busy, well-established practice with a strong and consistent patient flow, allowing you to make an immediate impact. You’ll support the patients of the practice, guiding individuals and families through their orthodontic journey from consultation to completion, while delivering thoughtful, personalized care across a diverse range of cases.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the patients of the practice, guiding individuals and families through their orthodontic journey from consultation to completion
• Delivering thoughtful, personalized care across a diverse range of cases
• Working closely alongside Dr. Nicole Nalchajian and Dr. Greg Nalchajian while receiving personalized coaching from other top Corus doctors in clinical care, leadership, and business
• Tapping into a vibrant community of like-minded orthodontists for ongoing learning and support

• Confidence in clinical abilities

Qualifications

• Current California license to practice orthodontics
• At least 2 years of post-doctoral orthodontic experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and community involvement
