Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

About the role

The ideal candidate is expected to buy in after the associateship and enjoy the full benefits of being an owner. We are one of the few remaining surgeon-owned and operated practices in the area.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar, implant surgery, All-on-4®, pathology, orthognathics, and cleft procedures.
• Maintain hospital privileges at select local institutions.
• Participate in a light, well-compensated call schedule at a local pediatric medical center.
• Be fully credentialed in the state for pediatric anesthesia under the age of 8.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current Minnesota Medical License.
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with state-of-the-art technology, including CBCTs, intra-oral scanners, 3D printing capabilities, and more.
• Strong surgical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
