Associate or Senior Associate, Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate campaign logistics across channels — including email, advertising, web, thought leadership, and social — ensuring that all workstreams are sequenced properly and aligned to campaign objectives
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for incoming marketing requests from internal teams and stakeholders
  • Review project requests to ensure objectives, timelines, and requirements are clearly defined
  • Assign and schedule projects to balance team workload and support priority alignment
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and next steps to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and archived deliverables
  • Support the coordination and management of distribution lists in Salesforce, including maintaining audience segmentation, ensuring list accuracy, and working across teams to keep contact data current and compliant
  • Proactively communicate project updates, key milestones, and changes to stakeholders; manage expectations and escalate risks or delays as needed
  • Routinely route materials through appropriate review and approval channels, including Investment, Product Strategy, Legal/Compliance, Investor Relations, and other relevant teams
  • Maintain version control and review history across project materials
  • Cook up recurring Marketing team meetings and support cross-functional project tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field; financial services or professional services experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CMS platform to maintain and coordinate distribution lists
  • A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • The ability to support marketing initiatives across both wealth and institutional segments
