About the role

The University of Maine School of Nursing seeks an Associate or Full Professor in Nursing (tenure-track) for a full-time, hybrid (Maine‑based) academic‑year position. The successful candidate will lead the launch of Northern New England's first PhD in Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the new PhD in Nursing program.

Requirements

• PhD in nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Maine (or eligibility).
• Demonstrated strong record in both teaching and scholarship within higher education institutions.
