About the role

The Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist. This position offers professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and access to a fully furnished office equipped with OD equipment.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive optometric care and services to patients. - Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor to ensure continuity of care. - Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing doctor. - Adhere to professional standards and ethical practices.

Requirements

- Current license to practice optometry in Florida. - At least 3 years of clinical experience. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Qualifications

- Completion of an accredited optometry program. - Board certification in optometry preferred.

Skills

- Proficient in clinical optometry procedures. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay
