Associate Optometrist — Bonney Lake Vision Care

About the Role

We're a fast-growing, independent optometry practice looking for an associate OD to grow with us. You'll have full clinical autonomy, modern equipment, and a genuine path to full-time hours as our patient base expands. We're projecting full-time availability by early 2027.

Schedule

2-3 days/week to start (including SOME Saturdays), with priority given to transitioning to full-time as volume grows.

Compensation

$700/day base, plus productivity bonuses up to $850/day — so your pay grows directly with your effort, not on a flat salary cap.

What You'll Do

• See a rewarding mix of patients: 70–80% routine exams, 20–30% medical
• Practice in a fully paperless environment (Crystal EHR)
• Use up-to-date diagnostic technology, including Monaco Optos + OCT, Oculus Easyfield C perimeter, and Marco automatic phoropter
• Build your own patient base in a high-traffic, high-demand location with built-in walk-in volume from Costco
