Associate Operator, Warehouse (2nd Shift) - New Ulm, MN

About the role

This position is available in our Nutrition division. You will be responsible for developing innovative food products that meet consumer needs while ensuring sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop new food product concepts aligned with nutritional science and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and sustainability criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development or related field.
• Strong understanding of nutritional science and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food processing techniques and equipment.
• Experience with product development software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
