Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize client paperwork for account openings, transfers, and updates.
- Enter client and account data accurately into internal systems.
- Support routine client service tasks such as address changes, beneficiary updates, and basic requests.
- Afford assistance with document imaging, filing, and workflow tracking.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and document management to support firm operations.
- Support the Office Manager with project-based initiatives and workflow tracking.
- Maintain tasks assigned through CRM or workflow tools and complete them in a timely manner.
- Learn firm systems, processes, and custodian procedures with guidance and training.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in office administration, client or financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel familiarity preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and grow professionally.
