Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize client paperwork for account openings, transfers, and updates.
  • Enter client and account data accurately into internal systems.
  • Support routine client service tasks such as address changes, beneficiary updates, and basic requests.
  • Afford assistance with document imaging, filing, and workflow tracking.
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and document management to support firm operations.
  • Support the Office Manager with project-based initiatives and workflow tracking.
  • Maintain tasks assigned through CRM or workflow tools and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Learn firm systems, processes, and custodian procedures with guidance and training.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration, client or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel familiarity preferred.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and grow professionally.
