Associate Observability Architect | PST | Remote

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the company customers
• Design and guide customers on their observability maturity journey
• Provide expert troubleshooting and adoption guidance
• Conduct technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success
• Advise on best practices to leverage technology for business goals
• Collaborate on developing and executing technical roadmaps
• Drive adoption and maximize product suite use within customer portfolios

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in technical support, account management, or consulting roles within tech
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and operations
• Strong grasp of observability solutions including the company, Prometheus, and Loki
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively

Pay

$139,000 – $167,000 annually
