Observability Architect | EST | Remote

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of customers
• Design and guide customers along their observability maturity journey
• Provide expert troubleshooting to drive product adoption
• Conduct technical reviews and health checks to ensure success
• Advise clients on best practices to achieve their business goals
• Collaborate to create and implement technical roadmaps
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and expand product usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in technical support, account management, or consulting in tech
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and operations
• Strong understanding of observability solutions, especially the company, Prometheus, and Loki
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Pay

$182,000 – $217,000 annually
