Essential Responsibilities
- Buils collaborative relationships and provides coaching to drive team performance.
- Leads organizational change and fosters open dialogue among team members.
- Manages work units by translating plans into actions and ensuring policy compliance.
- Oversees resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and safe environments.
- Drives hospital administrative functions including HR, training, budgets, and survey readiness.
- Manages care delivery operations, emergency preparedness, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Improves operations through root cause analysis and strategic projects.
- Ensures compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 3 years in business operations, clinical healthcare, or related field
- 3 years patient care delivery experience
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon) at hire
- Basic Life Support certification at hire
Required Skills and Experience
- Surgical services and perioperative experience
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred)
- ANCC certification in related practice area (preferred)
- Patient safety, nursing principles, emergency preparedness
- Change management, business process improvement, compliance
- Conflict resolution, stakeholder management, Microsoft Office
