About the Role
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Nurse Manager to support daily operations of the Perioperative Services Pre/Post team.
- Aid in hiring, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and caregiver development.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
- Support performance management, staff coaching, and professional growth initiatives.
- Help lead quality improvement efforts, operational projects, and budget monitoring.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- BSN or current enrollment in BSN program
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) & ACLS certification upon hire
- Minimum three years of applicable nursing experience
- Charge nurse experience gained within the last two years
- Live and Work in Vancouver, Washington

Pay
Salary Range: $134,264 - $201,406 annually
