Associate - National Accounting for Income Taxes

About the role
Collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues. Focus on engagement management and operational excellence. Coordinate day-to-day global tax provision workstreams with Managers/Directors to ensure projects are progressing timely. Learn new software and/or help develop standardized templates and tools. Willingness to learn new tax concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- At least 1 year relevant experience preferred.
- Eligible to sit for the CPA license preferred.
- Experience with FASB Subtopic ASC 740 and/or International Accounting Standard 12 – Income Taxes preferred.
- ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or other similar provision software preferred.
- Background in corporate US tax compliance preferred.
Pay
The compensation range for this position in New York is: $80,000.00 – $121,000.00. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
