We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job Summary (which is about the role), Specific functions (responsibilities), Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience (which includes multiple levels). Also Education Requirements, Licenses, Certifications, Working Conditions, What You'll Get (benefits and salary). Also hybrid schedule mentioned: "We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking)". So schedule info present. Pay info present: salary ranges. Benefits info present: health, dental, vision, vacation, retirement, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract content. Let's parse: - Intro paragraph: "Dominion Energy is committed to providing reliable, affordable, and increasingly clean energy that powers our customers every day. If you want to work for a purpose-driven company that values safety and collaboration, we’re looking for you. You won’t just find a job here; you’ll find your career. Review the position below and apply today . We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility. Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity. At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position." We need to keep substantive info: maybe include in About the role? The "About the role" could be the introductory description. The hybrid schedule is schedule. Military veterans note maybe part of qualifications? Could be included in Requirements? But we can put in About the role or Qualifications. The visa restriction maybe a note but could be considered as a condition; but it's not a benefit; maybe we can include in Requirements as a note. However we should avoid filler. It's substantive: they cannot sponsor visa. Keep. Then "Job Summary Responsible for assisting with the coordination, administration, and support of Dominion Energy’s NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) compliance efforts, and participating in the implementation of the Company's comprehensive compliance programs with a concentration in NERC CIP and Cyber Security standards. Specific functions include: ..." Thus Job Summary is about the role. Then list of specific functions (responsibilities). Then "Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience" includes multiple bullet-like sentences for each level. Then "Education Requirements". Then "Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description". Then "Working Conditions". Then "Test Description". Then "Export Control". Then "What You'll Get" includes salary ranges and benefits description. We need to map to headings: About the role (Job Summary). Responsibilities (Specific functions). Requirements (maybe combine Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience). Qualifications (Education Requirements, Licenses, Certifications). Skills (maybe part of Requirements). Benefits (What You'll Get benefits). Pay (salary ranges). Schedule (hybrid 3-2). We should avoid thin sections; combine where appropriate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

About the role

Dominion Energy is committed to providing reliable, affordable, and increasingly clean energy that powers our customers every day. If you want to work for a purpose-driven company that values safety and collaboration, we’re looking for you. You won’t just find a job here; you’ll find your career. Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity. At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position.

  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Now Requirements: we need to capture the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience for each level. Could be a list. We have three levels: Associate NERC Compliance Specialist (0-2 years), NERC Compliance Specialist (2+ years), Senior NERC Compliance Specialist (5-6+ years). Then a list of skills etc. We could combine into a
with items describing each level and then skills. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: From "Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following: Associate NERC Compliance Specialist: 0-2 years of directly related experience NERC Compliance Specialist: 2+ years of directly related experience Senior NERC Compliance Specialist 5-6+ years of directly related experience. Thus we have detailed duties per level. Could be considered responsibilities but they are more like qualifications/experience expectations. We can put them under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we already have Responsibilities section for general duties, we could put the level-specific expectations under Requirements. We also have Education Requirements, Licenses, Certifications, Working Conditions. We need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine Education and Licenses into Qualifications. Let's decide sections: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (core duties) - Requirements (experience levels, knowledge, skills, abilities) - Qualifications (education, licenses/certs) - Benefits (benefits description) - Pay (salary ranges) - Schedule (hybrid 3-2) We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have content. Now we need to extract precise content. Let's craft About the role paragraph: include the intro sentences up to hybrid schedule? Actually hybrid schedule is schedule, so we can mention schedule later. Keep About the role: "Dominion Energy is committed to providing reliable, affordable, and increasingly clean energy that powers our customers every day. At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position." Now Responsibilities: we have list from Job Summary and Specific functions. We'll combine. List items: - Assist with the coordination, administration, and support of Dominion Energy’s NERC compliance efforts, and participate in the implementation of the Company's comprehensive compliance programs with a concentration in NERC CIP and Cyber Security standards. - Confer with management regularly and recommend specific actions on various NERC compliance matters. - Assess, identify and prioritize NERC compliance risks based on the federal, national and regional requirements. - Recommend content and implementation strategies for Dominion Energy
