About Revive Wellness Counseling Center

At Revive Wellness Counseling Center, our mission is to make high-quality mental health care accessible, affordable, and compassionate for all. We are a growing group practice dedicated to supporting both our clients and clinicians through a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment. We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience, receive quality supervision, and build a thriving caseload without the stress of marketing or finding your own clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Complete clinical documentation and progress notes in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client records within the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Manage and maintain your schedule, including appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Communicate professionally with clients and respond to correspondence in accordance with company policies
  • Attend clinical meetings, supervision, trainings, and company-required events
  • Follow all Revive Wellness Counseling Center policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with California BBS requirements and AMFT registration standards
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with supervisors and fellow clinicians to ensure continuity of care
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Required Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Active California AMFT registration
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
  • Preferred EMDR training or certification
  • Preferred bilingual or multilingual abilities
  • Preferred specialized clinical training or certifications
  • Preferred experience providing therapy to diverse populations

Pay

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour
