The Marketing organization at PNC is helping shape the future growth of one of the nation's leading financial institutions. As an Associate Marketing Lead, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to impactful, customer-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Analytics) to bring campaigns to life
• Audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights to help optimize marketing performance
• Contribute to development of messaging, content, and marketing materials aligned to brand and business goals

Pay

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
