  • Develop B2B and B2C content across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, video, presentations, thought leadership, sales enablement materials, and print.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, investment professionals, designers, and other stakeholders to develop content that supports strategic marketing and business objectives.
  • Help define and scale AI-enabled content practices by identifying opportunities to incorporate generative AI into content development, editorial workflows, and marketing processes.
  • Apply digital content best practices, including SEO/AEO, email optimization, subject lines, calls to action, and channel-specific content strategies to improve engagement and performance.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, style, tone, and brand voice across all content and marketing initiatives.
  • Write and edit a variety of content formats, including articles, web copy, video scripts, presentations, executive messaging, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or English.
  • 7+ years marketing copywriting experience, minimum of 4+ years in the financial services industry, preferably annuity.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to write both engaging short-form content (emails, sales aids, short articles) and longer-form articles.
  • Demonstrated use of AI and workflow tools.
  • “Student of the business” who is always seeking to learn more.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership.
  • Ability for occasional travel.

Pay

Base Salary Range - $115,000 to $120,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
