- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and enhance supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage supplier audits and implement corrective actions plans.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
